Spirituality and Life Satisfaction among older people

Abstract

It is an important thing to understanding the problems faced by the older people due to their age and life circumstances. The life consists of both good and bad things and events. So the spiritual outlook of the life of elderly people help them to cope the problems that they deals in their life. A spiritual way of one’s life is an indication of their satisfaction in life. The present study revealed that the spirituality and life satisfaction of both male and female older people have no more significant differences. The study utilizes several factors such as gender and socio-economic status. The finding shows that each main variables have significant relationships with each of these factors. There is a negligible relationship between life satisfaction and spirituality also.
